Mark Weinstein, MAI

Mark Weinstein has over 15 years of real estate appraisal experience and property analysis.  He began his career as a staff appraiser for Donald Zimmerman and Associates in June of 1993, became a partner in June of 2004, and has been managing partner of Weinstein & Zimmerman, LLC, since April of 2006 and President since April of 2008.

Mr. Weinstein is an Illinois Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a member of the Appraisal Institute.  In August 2003, after meeting the requirements pertaining to education, testing and experience, he received the prestigious MAI designation.

Previously, Mr. Weinstein was a leasing representative in the Asset Management division for Rubloff, Inc.

Mark Weinstein received his B.A. degree in Political Science in 1989 from the University of Illinois.  He received his M.B.A. degree in Finance from DePaul University in 1994.
